Suspected DUI Incident Reported on E 13th Ave in Congress Park

DENVER, CO 10/4/2025. On October 4, 2025, at approximately 3:05 PM, a possible DUI incident was reported on the 3300 block of E 13th Ave in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver. The scene is located approximately two blocks east of the intersection of East 13th Avenue and Steele Street. The incident involved a passenger car traveling westbound. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks the 267th traffic incident in the Congress Park area since October 2024. Authorities are investigating the possibility of driving under the influence as a contributing factor.
