Two-Car Collision in Denver Possibly Linked to DUI

DENVER, CO 12/27/2024. On December 27, 2024, at 6:13 PM, a traffic incident occurred on the ramp of I-25 Northbound near East Evans Avenue, approximately 0.5 miles southeast of the major intersection I-25 and Colorado Boulevard intersection in the Goldsmith neighborhood. Two passenger cars were involved in a front-to-side collision under dark but lighted conditions, with one vehicle going straight and the other stopped in traffic. The driver of one vehicle is suspected of driving under the influence and exhibited aggressive and careless driving behavior. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported, but the incident adds to the total of 213 traffic-related reports in the neighborhood since December 29, 2023.
