Two Seriously Injured in Denver Collision at E 26th Ave and N Ogden St

DENVER, CO 4/12/2025. On April 12, 2025, a severe traffic incident was reported in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood at 7:36 AM, resulting in two serious injuries. The crash occurred on the roadway at the intersection of East 26th Avenue and North Ogden Street, approximately three blocks south of the intersection with 20th Avenue. The incident involved two SUVs: one traveling south, driven by a motorist accused of aggressive and careless driving, and the other heading west, reportedly maneuvering to avoid a hazard due to driver inexperience. The collision sequence included a front-to-side impact followed by rollover events. Despite the severity of the crash, no fatalities were reported. Since April 2024, the Five Points area has seen 629 incidents of this nature.
