Bicycle and Car Collision Reported at E Evans Ave and S Santa Fe Dr in Denver

DENVER, CO 10/24/2024. On October 24, 2024, at approximately 1:57 PM MT, a traffic incident involving a passenger car and a bicycle was reported in Denver at E Evans Ave and S Santa Fe Dr. The collision occurred on the roadway in conditions described as dark but lighted, approximately 0.2 miles east of the major cross streets. The passenger car, traveling east, was making a right turn when the driver failed to yield right of way to the bicyclist, who was on the roadway. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported from this bicycle-related crossover incident.
