Bicyclist Injured at Auraria Intersection, No Fatalities Reported

DENVER, CO 9/29/2025. On September 29, 2025, at approximately 5:06 PM, a bicyclist was injured in a collision with a passenger vehicle at the intersection of 11th Street and Auraria Parkway in the Auraria neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred about half a mile southwest of the intersection, in a dark but well-lit area. The vehicle was traveling north and proceeding straight with no apparent contributing factor from the driver. The bicyclist reportedly failed to yield the right-of-way, leading to this unfortunate event. The incident marks the 158th reported in Auraria since October 2, 2024. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported.
