Bicyclist Injured in Traffic Collision at S Julian St and W Bayaud Ave

DENVER, CO 4/22/2025. A traffic incident involving a bicyclist and a passenger car was reported on April 22, 2025, at 12:48 PM Mountain Time at the intersection of S Julian St and W Bayaud Ave in Denver’s Barnum neighborhood. The incident occurred on the roadway at the intersection, approximately 0.3 miles southeast of the major cross streets of Federal Blvd and Alameda Ave. The bicyclist, who failed to obey traffic signs or signals, collided with a passenger car traveling westward. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This adds to the 169 traffic-related incidents reported in Barnum over the past year.
