Careless Driving Incident on I-25 Results in Serious Injury

DENVER, CO 10/17/2025. A serious traffic incident was reported at 7:54 PM on October 17, 2025, along I-25 northbound near Park Ave W in Denver. The accident occurred 0.2 miles north of the major intersection, involving two passenger vehicles. The collision sequence included front to rear and front to side impacts. The lighted roadway was dark at the time. The first vehicle was driven aggressively and attempted to swerve to avoid contact, contributing to the accident. One individual sustained serious injuries, but there were no reported fatalities. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
