DENVER, CO 6/5/2025. A traffic incident resulting in one serious injury was reported at 1:19 AM Mountain time on June 5, 2025, in the Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Denver. The crash occurred at the intersection of E GVR Blvd and the outbound lanes of Pena Blvd, approximately 0.5 miles west of the junction. The collision involved two passenger vehicles traveling in opposite directions, with the westbound vehicle engaging in careless driving, leading to a front-to-side crash. Despite there being no fatalities, the accident adds to the 543 reported incidents in this area since June 6, 2024.
