DENVER, CO 2/22/2025. On February 22, 2025, at 5:12 AM, a motorcycle accident was reported at the 2700 block of S Federal Blvd in the College View – South Platte neighborhood of Denver. The incident took place on the roadway, a non-intersection area about 0.2 miles south of the major cross streets at Jewell Ave. A passenger car, traveling west and making a left turn, struck a southbound motorcycle, resulting in a front-to-side collision. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported, and authorities attribute the accident to careless driving by the car’s driver with no contributing factor from the motorcycle rider. This incident adds to a total of 157 reported incidents in the neighborhood over the past year.
