Pedestrian Injured in Collision at E Colfax Ave and N Yosemite St

DENVER, CO 8/3/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian and a medium/heavy truck occurred on August 3, 2025, at 6:39 PM MT in Denver’s East Colfax neighborhood, east of the intersection at E Colfax Ave and N Yosemite St. The pedestrian was struck while failing to obey traffic signs or signals, as the truck was making a left turn. Despite the collision occurring under dark but lighted conditions, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. The location has seen 217 incidents in the past year.
