Pedestrian Involved in Early Morning Incident in Denver Parking Lot

DENVER, CO 8/14/2025. On August 14, 2025, at 5:16 AM, an incident involving a pedestrian was reported at 39 W 1st Ave in the Baker neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on private property in a parking lot where an SUV, moving east and backing up, was involved with a pedestrian engaged in maintenance activities in the area. The driver was reportedly distracted by interior factors and improperly backing. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported.
