DENVER, CO 12/15/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported on December 15, 2025, at 8:54 AM at the intersection of N Tennyson St and W 38th Ave in the West Highland neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred at dawn or dusk when an SUV traveling south made a left turn and failed to yield the right of way, leading to the pedestrian being involved with no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks one of 151 incidents reported in the West Highland neighborhood since December 18, 2024.
