Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle on S Federal Blvd in Denver

DENVER, CO 7/28/2025. On July 28, 2025, at 12:32 AM, a pedestrian was struck by a pickup truck making a left turn at the intersection of 1900 S Federal Blvd, approximately 0.2 miles north of the intersection with W Jewell Ave in Denver’s College View – South Platte neighborhood. The vehicle was traveling north and failed to yield the right of way, resulting in the pedestrian being hit. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported in this incident. Including this event, there have been 166 reported incidents in the College View – South Platte area since July 29, 2024.
