Possible DUI in Early Morning Traffic Collision Near E 19th Ave and N Downing St

DENVER, CO 12/3/2024. On December 3, 2024, at 4:31 AM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of E 19th Ave and N Downing St in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver. The collision involved a front-to-rear impact between two eastbound vehicles: an SUV, allegedly driven carelessly and possibly under the influence, and a passenger car or van stopped in traffic. The scene, located roughly half a mile northwest of City Park, did not result in any serious injuries or fatalities. This adds to the 609 incidents reported in the area over the past year.
