Possible DUI Incident at N Clarkson St and E 16th Ave in Denver

DENVER, CO 4/18/2025. A traffic incident was reported on April 18, 2025, at 7:23 PM in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred at the intersection of N Clarkson St and E 16th Ave, approximately two blocks west of the intersection of N High St and E 16th Ave. Involving two passenger vehicles, the incident unfolded as one vehicle, making a left turn, struck another vehicle going straight. The road conditions were wet with visible icy road treatment under dark but lighted conditions. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported, though authorities are investigating the possibility of driving under the influence as a contributing factor. This is the 211th incident reported in the neighborhood since April 23, 2024.
