Possible DUI Incident in Denver’s Clayton Neighborhood Reported

DENVER, CO 8/28/2025. On August 28, 2025, at 1:03 PM, a traffic incident was reported at 3337 N Steele St, approximately 0.3 miles south of the intersection with E 35th Ave and N Steele St in the Clayton neighborhood of Denver. The collision involved a front-to-rear impact on a non-intersection stretch of wet roadway, involving two passenger vehicles traveling south. One vehicle was moving straight while the other was parked. Despite careless driving being a noted factor, there were no serious injuries or fatalities. Authorities are investigating the possibility of Driving under the Influence as a contributing factor. The Clayton neighborhood has witnessed 82 other traffic incidents since August 30, 2024.
