Possible DUI Incident Involving Car Collision on I-70 in Denver

DENVER, CO 3/28/2025. On March 28, 2025, at 7:52 PM, a traffic incident was reported on Interstate 70 westbound at North Forest Street in Denver, possibly involving driving under the influence. The incident occurred approximately 0.5 miles west of the I-70 and Colorado Boulevard intersection. A passenger car collided with a concrete highway barrier while traveling in the westbound direction on the wet roadway under dark but lighted conditions. The vehicle was going straight when the driver, reportedly engaged in careless driving, struck the barrier. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
