Possible DUI Incident Involving Pickup Truck Reported Near Wewatta St.

DENVER, CO 12/3/2024. A traffic incident was reported on December 3, 2024, at 5:21 PM MT at 1701 Wewatta St in the Union Station neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on private property near a ramp, about 0.5 miles west of the intersection of Wewatta St and 18th St. The vehicle involved was a pickup truck traveling west and reportedly engaged in careless driving. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported, but the incident might involve driving under the influence. This marks the 281st reported incident in the Union Station neighborhood since December 7, 2023.
