Possible DUI Incident Involving Truck and Parked Car on N Spruce St in Denver

DENVER, CO 9/2/2025. On September 2, 2025, at 6:54 PM, a traffic incident was reported on the 1400 block of N Spruce St in the East Colfax neighborhood of Denver. The incident, which may involve Driving under the Influence, occurred approximately 0.5 miles north of the intersection of E Colfax Ave and N Monaco Pkwy. The collision involved a medium/heavy truck traveling south and a parked passenger car. Despite the impact being described as ‘Front to Side,’ there were no serious injuries or fatalities. The scene was described as dark but lighted, and authorities are investigating the possibility of careless driving.
