Possible DUI Incident Reported as Car Crashes in Mar Lee Neighborhood

DENVER, CO 4/22/2025. On April 22, 2025, at 8:45 PM, a traffic incident occurred in the Mar Lee neighborhood of Denver at the intersection of W Louisiana Ave and S Federal Blvd. A passenger car, traveling northeast and reportedly driven by someone possibly asleep or fatigued, crossed the center median into opposing lanes before crashing into a curb and two trees. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. The accident site is approximately half a mile east of the intersection, raising suspicions of driving under the influence. This marks the 193rd reported traffic incident in the Mar Lee neighborhood since last year.
