Possible DUI Incident Reported at 33rd and Arapahoe in Denver

DENVER, CO 1/30/2025. On January 30, 2025, at 9:20 PM MT, a traffic incident occurred at the intersection of 33rd Street and Arapahoe Street in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, approximately one block east of Larimer Street. The collision involved two passenger vehicles traveling in straight directions, with no serious injuries or fatalities reported. The incident, occurring under dark but lighted conditions, featured one driver disregarding a stop sign and resulted in a front-to-side impact. Although no contributing factors were initially determined, authorities are investigating the potential involvement of driving under the influence. This adds to the tally of 605 reported incidents in the area over the past year.
