Possible DUI Incident Reported at Busy Capitol Hill Intersection

DENVER, CO 12/12/2024. On December 12, 2024, at 12:43 PM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of N Logan St and E 14th Ave in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. The collision involved two SUVs in a ‘Front to Side’ impact, with one vehicle traveling south and attempting a left turn, while the other was heading east in a straight path. The incident, occurring 1 mile north of Colfax Ave and 0.5 miles west of Pennsylvania St, is noted to have taken place in ‘Dark-Lighted’ conditions and at an intersection. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, though authorities are investigating a possible involvement of Driving under the Influence.
