Possible DUI Incident Reported at Mississippi Ave and Santa Fe Drive

DENVER, CO 9/26/2025. On September 26, 2025, at 3:09 PM MT, a traffic incident involving two vehicles was reported at the intersection of W Mississippi Ave and S Santa Fe Dr in the Overland neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred approximately 500 feet east of the intersection, and involved a passenger car and a pickup truck, both making left turns. The car, driven while possibly under the influence, followed too closely, resulting in a front-to-rear collision. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the 225th traffic incident in the Overland neighborhood within the last year.
