Possible DUI Incident Reported at N Tower Rd and E 45th Ave in Denver

DENVER, CO 11/23/2025. On November 23, 2025, at 1:31 PM MST, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of North Tower Road and East 45th Avenue, approximately half a mile south of the Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. The collision involved a northbound pickup truck making a left turn and a southbound passenger vehicle that was stopped in traffic. The incident occurred on the roadway at the intersection under dark but well-lit conditions. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. However, authorities are investigating the possibility of Driving Under the Influence as a contributing factor in the collision.
