Possible DUI Incident Reported at W Cedar Ave and S Irving St in Denver

DENVER, CO 10/25/2025. On October 25, 2025, at 5:31 PM Mountain time, an incident involving a possible case of Driving under the Influence was reported near the intersection of W Cedar Ave and S Irving St in the Barnum neighborhood of Denver. The incident took place approximately 0.1 miles north of the intersection, on the roadway under dark but lighted conditions. The vehicle, described as a passenger car or van, was reportedly swerving in a northward direction when it struck ‘Other Fixed Objects.’ Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This is the 152nd incident in the Barnum neighborhood since October 25, 2024.
