Possible DUI Incident Reported in Denver’s Athmar Park Neighborhood

A traffic incident involving two passenger vehicles was reported on October 20, 2024, at 9:37 PM in Denver’s Athmar Park neighborhood. The incident occurred at 730 S Lipan St, approximately two blocks east of S Lipan St and W Alameda Ave, in a non-intersection area marked ‘Dark-Lighted’ by the road conditions. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The accident involved a side-to-side collision in the same direction, with one vehicle reportedly driving carelessly. Authorities have not ruled out the possibility of driving under the influence as a factor in the accident.
