Possible DUI Incident Reported in Gateway – Green Valley Ranch

DENVER, CO 12/5/2024. On December 5, 2024, at 6:08 PM, a traffic incident was reported in the Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Denver at approximately 0.3 miles east of the intersection of E 56th Avenue and N Tower Road. The event involved a front-to-rear collision, with a vehicle running off the right side and subsequently hitting a curb and a sign. The vehicles, both passenger cars or vans, were traveling west on a dark-lit road. The driver of one vehicle was cited for careless driving, and the possibility of driving under the influence is being investigated. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks the 517th incident in the area since December 5, 2023.
