DENVER, CO 12/31/2025. On December 31, 2025, at 9:16 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported at E 14th Ave and N Elm St in the Hale neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred approximately 0.3 miles east of the major cross streets of Colorado Blvd and E Colfax Ave. The vehicle involved was traveling east and ran off the left side of the road, striking a fixed object. While no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, the driver’s actions were noted as careless and aggressive, raising suspicions of possible Driving under the Influence. The area was dark but lighted, and the incident adds to 171 other reported traffic incidents in Hale since the beginning of the year.
