Possible DUI Incident Reported Near Denver’s Union Station

DENVER, CO 1/1/2026. On January 1, 2026, at 6:08 PM, a traffic incident was reported in the 2000 block of 19th Street, approximately 0.5 miles northeast of the major cross streets of 20th Street and Wewatta Street in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood. The incident involved a passenger car traveling west and running off a non-intersection ‘T’ Intersection, striking multiple fixed objects. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. The vehicle was noted for careless driving, and this incident might involve possible driving under the influence, contributing to the area’s recent tally of 314 incidents since January 3, 2025.
