On August 26, 2024, at approximately 5:59 PM Mountain Time, a traffic incident involving a possible DUI occurred at the intersection of W Colfax Ave and I25 Highway Southbound in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Denver. The collision, occurring under dark but lighted conditions, involved a passenger car traveling westbound that struck another passenger car making a left turn southbound. The incident resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities. Denver authorities are investigating the possibility of driving under the influence as a contributing factor.
