DENVER, CO 6/27/2025. On June 27, 2025, at 11:45 AM, a traffic incident was reported on the westbound lanes of the I-70 Highway at its intersection with North Colorado Boulevard. The incident occurred on a ramp, approximately 0.5 miles west of this major cross-street in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood. Involved in the incident were two passenger vehicles; one vehicle, traveling west, rear-ended another that was stopped in traffic. While no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, the incident is being investigated as a possible case of Driving under the Influence. This adds to the 355 traffic incidents reported in the neighborhood over the past year.
