Serious Injury in SUV Collision at North Park Hill Intersection

DENVER, CO 2/23/2025. A traffic incident involving two SUVs resulted in serious injuries on February 23, 2025, at about 11:45 AM at the intersection of E Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and N Colorado Albion Alley in Denver’s North Park Hill neighborhood. The crash, which involved a front-to-front collision, occurred while one SUV was making a left turn northwestward and the other was traveling south straight across the intersection. Reports indicate careless driving by the driver making the left turn as the primary contributing factor, while the other driver had no apparent contributing actions. Although this incident fortunately resulted in no fatalities, it adds to a growing number of accidents in the area, totaling 105 reported incidents since March 1, 2024. The area was described as having dark but lit conditions at the time of the collision.
