Serious Injury in Traffic Collision on N Spruce St in Central Park

DENVER, CO 1/1/2025. A traffic accident resulted in one serious injury near the 4950 block of N Spruce St in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, reported at 9:04 AM on January 1, 2025. The collision occurred on the roadway, not at an intersection, approximately half a mile west of I-70 and Central Park Blvd. The incident involved a northbound pickup truck that over-corrected, impacting a parked medium/heavy truck. The driver of the pickup truck, whose actions were attributed to age and driver ability, suffered serious injuries. This marks the 1066th reported incident in the Central Park area since January 2024.
