Traffic Incident Involving Pedestrian Reported at 17th St and Welton St in Denver CBD

DENVER, CO 9/2/2025. A traffic incident was reported on September 2, 2025, at 1:45 AM at the intersection of 17th St and Welton St in Denver’s Central Business District (CBD). The incident involved a pedestrian and a passenger car making a right turn, during which the driver failed to yield the right of way. The incident occurred on the roadway at the intersection, and there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This incident adds to the 291 other incidents reported in the CBD neighborhood since September 5, 2024.
