Pedestrian Injured in Late-Night Collision on W Evans Ave in College View

DENVER, CO 11/19/2024. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported at 12:26 AM on November 19, 2024, in the College View – South Platte neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred on the 2900 block of W Evans Ave, approximately half a mile west of the intersection with S Federal Blvd. The pedestrian, who reportedly failed to yield the right-of-way, was involved in an accident with a westbound passenger car. Despite the ‘Dark-Lighted’ conditions at the non-intersection roadway, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident adds to a tally of 170 traffic-related incidents in the area since November 24, 2023.
